The mission of the Hope Mills Area Chamber of Commerce is to sustain and further develop a thriving economy and to enhance our community's quality of life. We work hard to support the interests of the local business community.


Our Mission is to EDUCATE our business owners so they have the knowledge necessary to operate and keep up with the changing times , ADVOCATE for our members when issues arise that are above and beyond their expertise, and to give our business members the tools to EMPOWER them to go above and beyond in order to succeed.

Casey Ferris

President

Casey Ferris has served on the board for four years, two of them as Vice President. "I’m a firm believer in being proactive and investing in our community. We are all in this together and it’s time to start working towards a common goal."


Casey owns her own marketing company, The Ferris Agency,  and uses her knowledge to help educate local businesses owners on how they can market their businesses in the digital age. During her two years as Vice President, she has been able to work with the business owners of Hope Mills and the surrounding area toward the mutually beneficial goal of seeing Hope Mills grow and succeed. Her plans for the Chamber include: Providing Education for our Business Members, Advocating for the local businesses and Empowering them to succeed.

Karsie Lowe

Vice President

Karsie Lowe is the Marketing Manager at Bubba's 33 and has been a longtime chamber member, and supporter. You're sure to have seen her at a Chamber Luncheon, and on our Facebook Lives. She is involved with not only the Hope Mills Chamber, but the Fayetteville Chamber and so much more!


Karsie is hardworking and brings new fresh ideas to the table. She is always willing to lend a hand, or arrange a partnership on behalf of the Chamber or Bubbas. During her last two years on the chamber board she has been an invaluable asset - From volunteering at events to Sponsoring Luncheons. 

Brenda Leidholdt

Secretary

Brenda Leidholdt is the Business Development Manager for BluSky Restoration Contractors in Fayetteville, NC. She has been with the company since January 6, 2020. BluSky is a nationwide company with 35 offices throughout the United States that specializes in Restoration, Renovation, Environmental and Roofing. They provide emergency services as well a rebuild services for single family, commercial, industrial, governmental, and multifamily clients.


Previous to BluSky, Brenda was a Regional Manager for a third-party multifamily management company for seven years, and oversaw several apartment communities in Fayetteville, NC. She has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina since 2005.


She serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Fayetteville Apartment Association as the Membership Chair and is on the Education and Suppliers Council for the Apartment Association of North Carolina. She is also a member of, and involved in the North Carolina Healthcare Engineers Association, the Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, and the Defense Alliance of North Carolina.

Brenda is a longtime resident of Hope Mills for over 25 years and believes strongly in promoting local businesses in the area, donating, and assisting local charities, and helping to improve our already great community

Anne Marie Ziegler

Board Member

Although AnneMarie Ziegler considers herself as a country girl that loves to connect with the earth by being barefoot, she is that and so much more. Creative, innovative, and hard-working are just a few words to describe AnneMarie Ziegler, the owner and CEO of ARRAY Publishing & Marketing, the only woman owned publication in Cumberland County, NC. AnneMarie is also a wife of a veteran, mother of two adult sons, two daughters, and the grandmother of six grandchildren.

As CEO of ARRAY Publishing & Marketing, AnneMarie launched ARRAY Magazine in 2013 and four years later introduced HOLA Fayetteville Magazine, the only magazine spotlighting the Latino population to the Fayetteville, North Carolina communities. Since Covid19 (2020), she added more to the portfolio of services to offer her clients such as text marketing campaigns, direct mailers, internet marketing, social media management, website design, and Elle’vate, a weekly podcast channel to elevate woman who elevate those around them.

Before the close of 2022, AnneMarie will be launching the ARRAY TV Channel on AppleTV, ROKU, Amazon Firestick, and all smart devices. Just a few more services meant to assist her clients in their desire to GROW and THRIVE!

AnneMarie’s passion is for her community and those in need for a hand up. She is associated with a non-profit that will be of service to help with literacy of our children in the community, and to help further the education of the women in our community as well.

AnneMarie volunteers her time serving on several boards of local nonprofits and participating and supporting local nonprofits. In 2021, she debuted her first literary project as co-author of the anthology, Becoming the Shero, that attained International Best Seller status.  

Melannie Armstrong

Board Member

Melannie Armstrong is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Harmony at Hope Mills, Retirement & Assisted Living Facility. She is originally from Fayetteville, NC and has lived in Hope Mills for the last 3½ years. She aspires to be a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing and it appears she is right on track to do just that. 


In less than 2 years of transitioning into her new field of Assisted Living, Melannie was recognized as the Achieved Marketing Director of the Year. She has also done an amazing job at increasing the Harmony brand visibility through active community involvement.


Many people that meet Melannie may characterize her as as an extrovert because of her role, but the truth is, she's an introvert. Being an extrovert is her job, and one that she is great at.

Dave Yensan

Board Member

David Yensan is the owner Carolina Pressure Pros. Dave is originally from Buffalo,NY but has called Hope Mills home for the last 10 years. He strives to serve the community and create a legacy that my kids can be proud of! Some of Dave's proudest accomplishments include his military service of 17 years his time as a firefighter and now father of 5!


When asked for a quirky fact about himself Dave responded "I like things to be clean!"
